Question to the central street diner group

the central street diner seems to be the host of many political feverish patrons. Since Germains closed that group now frequents this diner. people there is a mole that has been planted documenting all who come to the diner talking about town business with a quorum present.
believe it or not there is actual video of this happening. there is also video of some who are disparaging me. why are you still talking about me?, are you seeking attention?. you have even dragged my Mentally challenged uncle into this mix. you have convinced one of my neighbors to
take up your cause and believe you can get him to punish my mentally challenged uncle to get back at me because I am ignoring you.

some who frequent the diner do not agree with this behavior and are assisting me with gathering information and documenting your repulsive behavior. it seems all the people who are behaving badly are either retired or collecting disability. what is it you bored? or is it because you have no control of your own lives you want to control others?.

well people your stratergy is failing, my uncle is upset over this but now after my neighbor called and tried to set me straight and dictate terms about what my uncle is allowed to do in his life found out what reality is all about. you see my uncle made friends with my neighbor back in 2004 and it was a good fit. he worked daily for my neighbor for a few dollars a week. my neighbor treated him good when he was not drinking. recently in the past two years my uncle stayed consistent with his behavior and work ethics my neighbor did not. my neigbor destoyed personal property of mine. I forgave him and accepted the loss because my uncles relationship with my neighbor was more important then addressing an issue that would place a wedge. he started drinking more and unfortunate events came about. he got more demanding on my uncle to the point of a few days ago calling me under the influence and making accusations of my uncle. when asked what he wanted , he refused to answer and became beligerent. this is a sad day when your group can destroy a relationship. now my uncle will not work for pennies, my neighbor will have to pay him a good wage or hire others to come and do the same work my uncle did for conversation, lemonade and a dollar or two.

I just shake my head in disapproval. eventually my mentally challenge uncle and my neighbor will work it out to the benefit of both. because my uncle has the tools and global understanding of what friendship is all about. my uncle makes friends wherever he goes and people enjoy his company. the one losing out in my opinion is my neighbor because he is drinking your kool aid you poured him. imagine that my uncle having more common sense then this group.

lol, so golden nugget are you verifying that the people who are associated with the central cafe are crime bosses and thugs. that central st cafe is a club not a public place. audio taping in a public place is allowed.

according to one selectmen all resturaunts aka cafe aka food service are "public meeting places".

it was one of you at the diner that had a camera out in the open aka camera phone and was letting it run. so in this case one of you are going to be punished by this law.

this must be the toy town tune up gang. rumor has it from another source you people are out there waiting to put a bullet in me golden nugget. are you one of them ?

I'm not verifying, confirming or stating anything about what is or is not going on at the diner. I have no clue who or what group you are talking about. And threatening to shoot someone is just plain stupid.

I'm merely pointing out what the law on illegal audio recordings says, and no it does not have any exemption for being in a public place. The only exemptions relative to this discussion are for public meetings, broadcasts over public airwaves, and prior consent.

thank you golden nugget, I am not sure what to say since the news is still on and people are always being recorded.we will just have to leave it to the diner group to work out this issue. they seem to have all the answers. they seem to want to tell other how to live, work, think.
it's a shame some are worth listening and having good conversations.
