I ask how can DOR say they will continue to work under Legislation ,when they dont know what is going to happen down the street, Thats like saying if I buy this car I will never have an accident . Wake up there going to watch everything closly.

Tool Man, Our legislation the BOS and the residents voting on bylaws and finance. it will not matter to the DOR who is in the BOS seats. they will be there to monitor the plan to exit us frm the deficit.

NO RON C  we the residents want Jim to sit there under the eye of the DOR and get us out of this mess. He, the Bos and the Fincom placed us in. The town does not want him rewarded with an exit agreement when we do  not have the money. his plan to borrow from the stabilization fund is nt good. the taxes we collect this quarter is needed to fund the operations of our town. what will we use come August when we are broke.
